Instructions for Presenters

All speakers are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the allocated presentation time:

🌟Keynote lectures: 30 minutes
25-minute presentation + 5-minute discussion

🗣️ Oral presentations: 15 minutes
13-minute presentation + 2-minute discussion

Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint for Windows (preferred format) or PDF.

Presentation files must be submitted to the Presentation Desk at least two hours before the scheduled presentation time. Speakers presenting during a morning session are kindly requested to submit their files the previous day.

All posters must be prepared in English and printed by the participants.

Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation and must not exceed the following dimensions:

↔️ Width: 60 cm
↕️ Height: 90 cm

Each poster board will be identified by the corresponding poster number indicated in the scientific programme.

Although a dedicated poster session will be scheduled, posters will also be available for viewing during coffee breaks and lunch breaks. Presenters are encouraged to display their posters on the first day of the congress. Posters may remain on display for the entire duration of the meeting.

The Congress Staff will be available to assist presenters and will provide all necessary materials for mounting the posters.

During the conference, participants will be invited to vote for the posters. Details of the voting procedure will be provided at the beginning of the meeting. The highest-ranked posters will be selected for flash oral presentations.

The highest-ranked posters, as determined by the conference voting process, will be selected for Flash Oral Presentations.

Each presentation is allocated 3 minutes. To ensure a smooth running of the session, speakers are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the time limit.

Presentations are limited to a maximum of three slides, including the title slide.

Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint for Windows (preferred format) or PDF.

Flash presentations are intended to highlight outstanding posters and encourage further discussion during the poster sessions.
